Brand impersonation
Fraudsters may create fake websites, social media profiles or emails appearing to come from Aegryn to induce you to make fraudulent payments.
Our official emails come exclusively from the @boha-group.com domain. Any payment request from another domain is fraudulent.
Aegryn will never ask you to:
- Share confidential documents outside the secure spaces
- Make advance payments not specified in your signed mandate
- Share your login credentials by email or phone
Identifying fraudulent communications
Check that: the sender email is exactly @boha-group.com (not @boha-group.net or any variant), links in emails point to aegryn.com, and payment requests match what is specified in your signed mandate or contract.
If in doubt, use the contact form on aegryn.com/contact, do not reply to the suspicious email.
Securing your Aegryn account
- Use a strong, unique password for your Aegryn account
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available
- Never share your login credentials
- Sign out after each session
Payment processes, normal vs fraudulent
Normal
- Payment of CIFSO 5000 certification fees (Express, Standard or Premium packages) by invoice or via Stripe Checkout on aegryn.com
- Document exchanges (data room, certification reports) exclusively through authenticated dedicated spaces on aegryn.com
Fraudulent
- Any payment request to a personal account
- Any cryptocurrency payment not specified in the contract
- Any "insurance fees" or "activation fees" not mentioned in your mandate
