Symbol of protection, authority, and legitimacy. To act under the aegis of something is to act under a certifying authority whose standard holds.
AEGIR
Master of flows, of what circulates between shores, between parties, between value and its recognition.
AEON
Eternity. The long duration. What endures beyond cycles, trends, and funding rounds.
Three words from three civilisations. One synthesis: an entity that protects (AEGIS), facilitates flows (AEGIR), and builds for permanence (AEON). Aegryn.
Aegryn had a different name. As the company's positioning evolved, from digital asset builder to certification and transaction infrastructure, its identity evolved with it. The name changed. The conviction did not.

Our vision is that of a European advisory group that accompanies companies end-to-end, from strategy to capital, from transformation to valuation. We are operators: we build and operate our own tech assets. What we advise, we live. This consistency is our first credibility. Aegryn is neither a traditional consulting firm, nor a tech agency, nor an M&A boutique. It is a hybrid group, anchored in Switzerland, that brings together the five disciplines necessary for the lasting value of a company.

Rigorous tech M&A transactions already exist. Aegryn does not replace the advisors, lawyers and accountants who structure them. It adds what was structurally missing: an independent grade, issued before any listing, that gives both sides a certified, documented starting point. Less time debating fundamental value. A grade before a price
The Aegryn C/I/F/S grade is established before any listing, before any negotiation. Not a valuation opinion, a certification of what the asset actually is, documented, versioned and reproducible. The price follows the grade. The grade does not depend on it.

A closed circle, not a marketplace
Every seller in the Aegryn catalogue has passed certification. Every buyer has proven financial capacity. Discretion is structural, not a feature added on top, but the operating condition from which everything else follows.

Swiss institutional standards
Swiss law governs every transaction. Escrow is held by a third-party bank, Aegryn never touches the funds. Documentation is complete at every transfer. These are operating conditions, not promises.

A founder from the field.
Aegryn's founder is an executive and operator with over twenty years of international experience in strategy, technology and M&A.
A former executive director at a global consulting firm, he has supported public and private organisations, international groups and institutions through their most complex transformations.
He chose to create Aegryn to bring together within a single structure what the market offers in silos: advisory, build, transaction, talent and market intelligence.
His conviction: companies that last do not choose between strategy and technology. They think them together.

The protocol evolves. The standard holds.
Aegryn certifies and transacts SaaS, applications, marketplaces, IP assets and Web3 assets under the CIFS protocol today. The primary roadmap item is blockchain certification: an anchoring layer that will seal each certified codebase at the exact date of transfer, making every grade permanently verifiable and immutable. This layer will be added to the independent protocol already fully operational. In parallel, we are building a network of expert partners, law firms, chartered accountants, cybersecurity specialists, and technical architects to support buyers and sellers at every stage: tech advisory before certification, legal and financial structuring during the transaction, and integration after closing.
