The name
Three ancient words. One identity.
AEGIS
A protection and a standard that carry authority. To act under the aegis of Aegryn is to act within a framework someone answers for.
AEGIR
Master of flows: what moves between the idea and its realisation, between the project and its market.
AEON
Eternity. The long duration. What endures beyond cycles, trends, and funding rounds.
Three words from three civilisations. An entity that protects (AEGIS), leads from idea to realisation (AEGIR), and builds to last (AEON). Aegryn.
Aegryn used to go by a different name. As the positioning sharpened, from builder of digital solutions to entrepreneurial boutique for signature projects, its identity sharpened with it. The name changed. The conviction did not.

Our initial is an A without a crossbar: two strokes leaning on each other, like the two slopes of a roof frame. Framing and delivery only stand when they stand together.
The tip is cut away, and its final piece, in green, sits separately at the apex. On a building site, this is the acceptance of the completed work.
This diagonal cut is also the slash that closes what has been opened, as in the symbol </>. Aegryn began in digital solutions and has kept their exacting standards. In those tools, green means: validated.

ANCHORED IN SWITZERLAND
Saint-Sulpice, Vaud. Two kilometres from EPFL, one of the world's most active universities in technology spin-offs and tech transfer. Adjacent to the Swiss Foundation for Innovation and Technology (FIT), which supports hundreds of Swiss innovation projects each year. In a canton that concentrates SwissTech, dozens of European venture capital funds, and a rare density of senior executives and institutional acquirers. This is not a coincidence of location. It is a deliberate choice of network. The rigour of a leading financial centre, the neutrality of a trusted jurisdiction, and direct access to one of Europe's most active innovation ecosystems.
THE FOUNDER
A founder from the field.
Aegryn’s founder is an executive and operator with more than twenty years of international, cross-industry experience in Europe and the United States.
A former executive director at a global consulting firm, he accompanied public and private organisations, international groups and institutions through their most complex transformations, from strategy to operations, from finance to human resources, from M&A advisory to post-acquisition integration.
He then became an entrepreneur and investor in what inspires him: creating memorable customer experiences in the age of artificial intelligence. He carried alone what he used to advise others on: product strategy, technical design, marketing, legal and intellectual property, recruitment and partnerships. He succeeded on some projects. He learned on others. And built on what no consulting assignment can teach.
This dual path is the origin of Aegryn.
He chose to create Aegryn to bring together in one structure what the market offers in silos: the framing of the project, its execution, its accompaniment over time and the selection of talent.
His conviction: a decision is only worth something when carried through to its result.
Switzerland was chosen deliberately, not for incorporation advantages but for its institutional standards: the rigour of its law, the discretion of its ecosystem and the neutrality that makes it a credible anchor for projects led across several countries. Every Aegryn mandate is governed by Swiss law, whatever the nationality of the parties or the country of the project.
