From brief to closing. One point of contact.
Discovery & Fee Scoping
Definition of the value proposition, target market, stack and exit plan. Output: specification + signed fee agreement. Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Cost: included in the total fee.
Architecture and Design
The asset is architected to CIFS criteria: documented code, registered IP, security by design, tracked metrics. The grade is the construction plan.
Design and Iterations
Sprint-based development with measurable milestones, code review and continuous documentation. Aegryn proprietary stack or client stack.
Launch and Traction
Deployment, first-user acquisition, ARR/NRR/churn metrics setup. Time to certifiable Grade A: 6 to 12 months.
Certification (and optional exit)
CIFS protocol submission if desired. Official grade issued if criteria are met. A transaction via Aegryn or confidential channel is only engaged on your decision. The asset may also be retained with maintenance.
On-demand maintenance
The asset lives. We keep it running.
After launch or after a partial sale, Aegryn offers maintenance at two levels.
Corrective maintenance
Bug fixes, incident resolution, security updates, CVE management, monitoring and alerts. SLA defined in contract.
Monthly retainer or on-demand tickets
Evolutionary maintenance
New features, refactoring, version upgrades, integrations, regulatory adaptation (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIS2). The asset remains certifiable at all times.
Monthly retainer or per-sprint deliverable
Aegryn maintenance ensures the asset retains or improves its grade at every cycle: the condition for an exit to remain possible at any time.

A CIFSO-certified asset attracts institutional buyers who require defensible documentation. 58% of EU tech acquisitions come from private equity. Their prerequisite: traceability.
A sale is an option, never an obligation. If you ever wish to sell, early stage or at maturity, the asset is designed for it. Exit via Aegryn or confidential transaction is available if the grade permits.
